More than 20 years after its release, fans still cannot get over how unbelievably good Phil Collins’ Tarzan soundtrack is, so much so that the legendary songwriter is going viral as people continue to celebrate the songs that are far better than songs for a kid’s movie have any right to be.

Tarzan: An Original Walt Disney Records Soundtrack is the soundtrack for the 1999 Disney animated film, Tarzan. The songs on the soundtrack were composed by Phil Collins, and the instrumental score by Mark Mancina. The song "You'll Be in My Heart" won both an Oscar and a Golden Globe for best original song.

Phil Collins has been considered a genius when it comes to music ever since his days with Genesis and while the term ‘genius’ does get tossed around a bit there’s no doubt at all that it can be applied rightfully to him.
